It's a frustrating model to assemble; comes with quite a few factory defects

(I bought the PNP + S version)

The assembly "instructions" were very basic and hard to follow. It also came with a wire harness that you pretty much have to figure out yourself.

Besides that, half of the screw holes do not line up correctly, and some of the screw holes are not the right size so you need to manually widen them. The foam plugs to plug the landing gear housing (if you opt for that version) do not sit flush; they stick out ±3mm. Lastly, the ailerons on my model are both warped; enough to make a measurable aerodynamic difference (I'm planning on using a heat gun to heat them up and bend then straight). It's a very frustrating model to assemble in my experience, with quite a few factory defects.

I have yet to fly it yet, but the assembly difficulty is enough to warrant 2 stars.

Great plane for FPV

I bought this plane because of it's large space under the canopy for using as FPV.

Not impressed with the service or MISSING PARTS

This is the 4th plane I have of AtomRC and I must say this is the worst service I have received in a long time. I asked for the kit to be delayed but it was not, the communication with Daniel is awful. When I did get the kit and went through all the parts, I found that the main screws that are meant to hold the wings, tail and elevators along with the two part fuselage together were missing. There was also a missing pushrod. This kit does not come with any propellers which must be the first kit I have ever brought that does not have them. I have sent numerous emails to ask politely if I will be receiving the missing parts and all I get is a wall of silence, still none the wiser.
I have started to piece together the kit without screws and it seems the fit is better than some others say, the landing gear arrived in a separate box with no instructions so if you have never installed any landing gear before it may be a problem.
I think I should have purchased the PNP except that the shipping cost was almost the same as the PNP.
I can honestly say that this is probably the last time I will buy an AtomRC plane/wing/kit. The service is poor, even for Chinese standards.

Beluga

I recently bought a Beluga, and I'm extremely satisfied with it. It's a great model and flies very well, just like all of AtomRC's aircraft.
