How do I return an item?
You are very welcome to return any recently purchased brand-new and unopened products as long as they are still sealed in any included packaging so that they can be resold. Simply email us or reach out through our Contact Us via email@example.com. Make sure to mention the order number and what it is you are returning.
What do I do if I receive an item that is defective?
If you believe you have received a defective item, please let us know right away via mail firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the picture of the defective item.
Can I change my order?
If you'd like to make any changes to an order before it has shipped, please contact us and we will solve for you.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders placed are shipped out within 3 days. Some Friday evening and Monday morning orders will ship on Saturday later.
How much is the shipping fee?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $99. Unfortunately, this is not possible for the Fix Wing collection.
