I recently received the swordfish and started putting it together. The tail is easy. But the wings are a challenge if you bought the kit. Super nice quality foam model and you can tell the factory does a great job at delivering a quality product.

I am almost done putting it together. Finished one wing and working on the other. I wasn't sure about the esc calibration and leaving it to the end. I hope I can do it with iNav while plugged in to the Navi FC.

So far so good. Can't wait to Maiden.

After ordering the plane it took only a few days for delivery. I got first just the plane without the ordered gear set. After asking back I was told that the gear will come in a separat package. I felt very well treated all the time. Thanks Daniel.
It will take some time until I will build the FPV Beluga. But what I've seen so far, it seems to be out of good quality.

I bought the RTH version from the Chinese warehouse. It arrived within about two weeks. It came with iNav 6.x so I’ve installed 8.0.1. Still getting the tune right but it flys nicely in manual mode. Large pitch trim changes between low and high power. High power requires forward pitch trim. It’s over-powered so hand launch at low to mid throttle. It is prone to wing drop when stalling so make sure there’s plenty of height to recover. I’m enjoying flying it. Fun!

Swordfish is my first v-tail. Fells lighter than my dolphin. Assembly is straight forward.

By getting replacement parts I can keep my planes going longer. This is a huge plus, for the environment and pocketbook.
I purchased these spare parts "just in case" and I'm sure I will need them soon!
Good price and prompt shipping, even though the package took a long time to get to me. Bu this wasn't AtomRC's fault.

The AtomRC Swordfish is a very beautiful model with excellent design. Assembly takes some time, as most of the plane needs to be built by hand, but the cable routing and spacious battery bay are great (only the flight controller compartment is a bit tight). In the air, it flies exceptionally well with both LiPo and Li-ion batteries, making it an excellent long-range aircraft. With a Li-ion pack and efficient flying, 40–60 minutes of flight time are possible. It fits up to ~3300mAh LiPo or over 5000mAh Li-ion batteries. The Swordfish is also very robust – I’ve had several crashes with little to no damage, and replacement parts are inexpensive. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this plane.
